This Privacy Policy explains what information is and is not collected when you visit authrex.systems and its subdomains (the "Site"), how the little that is collected is used, and the choices and rights you have. The Site is operated by AUTHREX SYSTEMS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Florida document number L26000486948) based in Coconut Creek, Florida ("AUTHREX", "we", "us"). AUTHREX is the controller of any personal information described below. This policy is part of the Terms of Use.

In short: the Site itself collects no personal information. It has no accounts, sign-up or contact forms, comment fields, newsletters, payments, cookies, local storage, analytics scripts, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party embeds. Our hosting provider processes standard request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the Site. If you email us, we receive what you send. We do not sell, rent or share personal information for advertising, and we do not profile anyone.

1. Information the Site collects

None. The Site is a static information site. No page asks you for personal information, no page sets a cookie or writes to your browser's storage, and no page loads a script, font, image, style sheet, frame or other resource from any third-party server. Some browser simulations accept local inputs, such as a selection or typed text; those inputs are processed in your browser's memory and are not sent to us. These properties are enforced technically by the Site's Content Security Policy, which permits connections, scripts and fonts only from the Site's own domain. Your visit therefore generates no request from your browser to Google, Cloudflare, any social network, any analytics or advertising service, or any other service controlled by us.

2. Hosting and server access logs

The Site is hosted on the content delivery network of Netlify, Inc. ("Netlify"), a United States company with servers in the United States and at edge locations in other countries. When your browser requests a page or file, Netlify necessarily receives standard request information: your IP address, the date and time, the address of the page or file requested (including any query string), the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser's user-agent string (browser and operating system type). Netlify processes this information to deliver the Site, to detect and block abuse, and to operate its service, under its own privacy policy and data processing terms, which govern how long Netlify keeps it, available at netlify.com/privacy and netlify.com/gdpr-ccpa. This is request processing by the host, which is different from collection by the Site's pages: the Site's own code collects nothing (Section 1). The Site's code uses no Netlify Forms, Identity or Functions.

3. Cookies, local storage and tracking technologies

The Site sets no cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party, and does not use local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, web beacons, pixels, fingerprinting or any similar technology. The browser simulations and consoles keep their state only in your browser's memory while the page is open and discard it when you close or reload the page. The files offered for download contain no telemetry and send nothing back to us. We do not permit any third party to collect information about your online activities over time and across other websites through the Site.

4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because the Site does not track visitors, it does not need to react to "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signals; your browser's preference is respected by design, whether or not it is sent.

5. Email and other correspondence

The only way to contact us through the Site is by email to the address shown on it. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, the content of your message and any attachment, and the ordinary technical headers of the message. We use this information only to read and respond to your message, to carry on the correspondence you started, to keep a record of it, and to meet legal and contractual obligations (for example to document communications with government evaluators or to defend a claim). We do not publish or reuse the content of your messages, or the personal information in them, without your separate permission. Our mailbox is provided by a third-party email service that processes messages on our behalf. Email is not end-to-end encrypted: do not send classified or controlled information, government identifiers, financial information, health information, personal information about other people, or anything you regard as confidential. Correspondence is kept for as long as the matter it concerns is open and thereafter for as long as the company needs it as a business record or the law requires; you may ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for one of those reasons.

6. How we use information and the legal bases

We use the limited information described above to operate, secure and improve the Site, to respond to you, to keep records, to comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure website and in conducting correspondence, on the performance of steps you request before any agreement, on compliance with legal obligations, and, where applicable, on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, and do not use it for profiling or automated decision making. We disclose information only (a) to service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions (our hosting provider and our email provider), (b) when required by law, subpoena, court order or lawful government request, (c) to protect the rights, property or safety of the company, our visitors or others, including to enforce the Terms of Use, (d) to professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and (e) as part of a merger, acquisition or transfer of the company's assets, in which case the recipient is bound by this policy.

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults and professional audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe that a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The Site is served only over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a strict Content Security Policy and other security headers, and it keeps no visitor database to protect. We take reasonable measures to safeguard correspondence we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of security involving personal information in our custody ever occurs, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act.

10. Retention

We hold no visitor records. Request information processed by Netlify is kept under Netlify's own policies (Section 2). Correspondence is retained as described in Section 5.

11. Your rights and choices

You may ask us, at the contact address below, to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to give you a copy, to stop processing it, or to withdraw consent, and we will honor the request to the extent the applicable law provides and our legitimate interests and legal obligations allow. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. We may need to verify your identity before acting, which we normally do by writing back to the email address concerned.

United States residents. Because the Site collects no personal information and we do not sell or share it, there is no sale, sharing or targeted advertising to opt out of, and no sensitive personal data is collected or sold. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Utah, Florida and other states with consumer privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide by writing to us; where a law allows you to appeal a decision, you may appeal by writing to the same address and we will respond within the time the law sets. California residents: the Site responds to Do Not Track signals as described in Section 4 and permits no third-party tracking. Florida residents: the company does not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data. Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The Site is operated from the United States and is not directed to those territories. If their data protection laws nevertheless apply to you, the legal bases in Section 6 apply, your rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Any information we hold is processed in the United States under the safeguards available by law; by writing to us you understand that your message will be received and stored there.

12. Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, repositories, publishers and services. We do not control them and this policy does not apply to them. Read their privacy policies before you provide any information to them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always posted on this page, and a material change is identified in the first paragraph of the page for at least thirty days after it takes effect. We do not hold contact details for visitors and therefore cannot notify you individually; please check this page when you return. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means that you accept it.
