This Disclaimer states the limits of what the AUTHREX SYSTEMS LLC website (the "Site") says and of what may be relied on. It is part of the Terms of Use, which contain the binding disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability. If anything on the Site appears to go further than this page allows, this page controls.

Nature of the materials

All materials on the Site, including governance architectures, formal models, browser based simulations, hardware reference designs, technical specifications, engineering previews and the AUTHREX-DEFEND product description, are engineering artifacts developed by Burak Oktenli, founder of AUTHREX SYSTEMS LLC. They are self-assessed engineering artifacts generally at approximately Technology Readiness Level 2 to 4, with maturity varying by artifact, and no formal TRL determination has been performed by any government body. They are not operational systems, not certified or accredited systems, not fielded military capabilities and not consumer products. Every hardware design on the Site is a reference design; none has been built, tested on hardware, or deployed. Browser simulations and formal models are not laboratory or field validation.

Simulations are not operational systems

The interactive simulations and consoles on the Site run entirely in your web browser on synthetic data generated by seeded pseudorandom number generators. They do not connect to any external system, real sensor, weapons platform, network or command system, and they control nothing. Their outputs illustrate governance concepts; they are not predictions, not safety functions, not security controls and not decision aids, and they must not be used to make any real-world operational, safety, security, engineering, financial or legal decision. Performance figures from a browser sandbox are not representative of any embedded, FPGA, vehicle or field deployment target.

Self-reported figures and verification status

Every figure on the Site (test counts, pass and fail counts, state counts, run totals, hashes, latency and timing figures, maturity estimates and status words) is reported by the company from its own records and has not been independently reproduced or technically verified by another party, except where a specific peer-reviewed publication is named. Reported results describe the configuration, bound, seed and date stated beside them and do not generalize beyond them. Results of formal model checking are relative to the model and its bound and are never proof about all executions of an implementation. Where the company has withdrawn an earlier claim, the withdrawal is stated on the page concerned and the withdrawn claim must not be cited. Page figures may lag the controlling release records; the catalog is the claims register of record.

Patents, trademarks and other intellectual property

The eight United States provisional patent applications referenced on the Site (HMAA, CARA, SATA, FLAME, ADARA, MAIVA, ERAM and an eighth application covering evidence-bounded assertion control) are unexamined provisional filings made under 35 U.S.C. 111(b) in the name of the company's founder as sole inventor. A provisional application establishes a filing date and is not examined. It is pending for twelve months from its filing date. A timely corresponding nonprovisional application may preserve the benefit of the provisional filing date, subject to applicable requirements; it does not extend the provisional application's pendency. A provisional application does not create an issued patent or enforceable patent rights. Whether any nonprovisional application will be filed, and whether any patent will issue, is uncertain and depends on owner decisions, counsel advice and examination. The names AUTHREX and AUTHREX-DEFEND and the other names identified in the Terms of Use are claimed as common-law trademarks; no federal registration is claimed unless the Site states otherwise. Except for the limited website-use license in Section 3 of the Terms of Use and the existing, artifact-specific and third-party licenses recognized in Sections 5.2 and 5.6, no additional intellectual-property license is granted by this Site. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits rights granted under those licenses or applicable law.

AUTHREX-DEFEND

AUTHREX-DEFEND is an engineering preview, release 0.1.6, described on the product page in the company's own words from its own release record. It is a practice and demonstration model: inside its laboratory the authority of a pretend program is frozen and diverted into a synthetic workspace, and its four host pages, Scan computer, Check a file, Network and Protected apps, enforce nothing on the host computer: they read it and write only their own report and application data, plus bait files when you ask for them, and on Linux and Windows reading files can change the last-access times that an incident responder uses. It is not a security product, an endpoint protection product, an intrusion detection or prevention system, a firewall, an antivirus product, or a governance control for any real program, and it stops nothing. Its detection rules can miss what is present and can report what is absent. Its logbook is chained but unsigned, so a package rewritten as a whole cannot be detected. The results on the product page are reported from the release record, several checks are marked not run, and no independent verification, agency assessment, certification, authorization or accreditation of any kind has been performed. The preview is intended for evaluation on test computers by United States Government officials under a separate written agreement; it has not been integrated into, tested in or qualified for any operational environment, and it must not be installed on any production, mission or personal system.

Historical incidents

The historical incidents referenced in the operational scenarios on the Site are drawn from publicly available government reports, academic publications and credible news sources, and each is attributed to its source. They are used to illustrate the types of governance failures that the AUTHREX architecture is designed to address. The company has no non-public knowledge of them, draws no conclusion about the responsibility of any person or organization, and presents no classified or restricted information.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, engineering, safety, security, cybersecurity, military, operational, procurement, investment, financial or other professional advice, and nothing on it creates a professional, fiduciary or advisory relationship. The material is presented for information and technical evaluation only. Consult qualified professionals before making any decision that depends on the subjects discussed here.

No government affiliation, endorsement or contract

AUTHREX SYSTEMS LLC is a private Florida company and is not a government agency, contractor of record for any program described here, or government information system. The names of the Department of War and the Department of Defense, the military services, the National Security Agency and other departments, agencies and laboratories appear on the Site only to identify standards, to describe factual evaluation records, and to name prospective evaluation audiences. No seal, insignia, emblem or other official mark of any government body is displayed, and none of those bodies has endorsed, sponsored, approved, certified, authorized, procured, funded or contracted for anything on the Site. References to agency evaluation records, such as Broad Agency Announcement evaluation outcomes, are factual records only: a favorable evaluation is not funding, validation, certification or endorsement. Statements about registrations and filings describe their status on the date shown and may change.

Independent work and peer review

The work on the Site was produced by a single engineer, the founder of the company, with iterative self-review and automated checks. Two articles in the AUTHREX technical corpus have been published in peer-reviewed journals (Journal of Hardware and Systems Security, Springer Nature, 2026, and Digital War, Springer Nature, 2026); other peer-reviewed publications by the founder are listed where cited. The rest of the body of work has not received independent peer review, independent reproduction or government certification. Independent review is planned as part of team formation on award.

Forward-looking statements

Statements about plans, roadmaps, future releases, planned filings, planned evaluations, intended audiences, target figures and expected outcomes are forward-looking, are based on the company's current intentions and assumptions, and may not come to pass. The company has no obligation to update them. Nothing on the Site is a commitment to deliver any feature, release, service or result by any date, or at all.

Third-party content and links

The Site quotes, cites and links to publications, repositories, standards and websites of third parties for identification, attribution and commentary. The company does not control them and is not responsible for their content or accuracy. The appearance of a third party on the Site does not mean that the third party endorses the company, and the views of any third party are its own.

Not an offer

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, interest in the company, product, software or service, and nothing on it forms a contract. Any evaluation, license, sale or delivery occurs only under a separate written agreement signed by the company.

Errors and corrections

The company works to keep the Site accurate and consistent with its controlling records, corrects errors on the page concerned when they are found, and records withdrawn claims where they were made.
